The holiday home
The Blinnensand holiday home can accommodate up to 45 people and is perfect for groups of all kinds - be it for family holidays, disabled holidays, school classes, sports camps, music groups or other gatherings.
Our self-catering house has two spacious common rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and extensive outdoor areas with a barbecue area, which invite you to spend sociable hours together.

Rooms
Our holiday home offers ten cozy rooms, which are designed as 2 to 5 bed rooms. Each room is equipped with a table and chair, a spacious closet and a modern sink with a mirror cabinet - everything you need for a comfortable stay.
In addition, there are two separate leader rooms available. These rooms are each equipped with two beds and a private bathroom including shower and toilet to meet the special needs of group leaders or accompanying persons.
Our rooms combine functionality and comfort – perfect for a break in the mountains!
The Kitchen
Our fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals for groups.
The equipment includes a tilting roaster, induction hotplates, a commercial hotplate with extractor hood and a commercial dishwasher. A warming cabinet, convection oven and oven ensure that food is perfectly ready to serve.
A separate pantry and three refrigerators, two of which have a large freezer, offer sufficient space for storage.
Modern technology and well thought-out equipment make cooking for large groups easy!

Our two common rooms offer versatile options for shared meals, relaxed evenings and entertaining activities.
The front room serves as an inviting dining room with tables and chairs for the whole group. A practical hatch to the kitchen ensures smooth operations when serving meals. After dinner, you can linger in a comfortable seating area and end the day in a relaxed atmosphere. There is also direct access to the outdoor area behind the hut.
The rear social room is ideal for fun and games. Equipped with a table tennis table and a soccer table, it invites you to sports competitions and social moments.
Our function rooms are the perfect place for communal experiences and unforgettable evenings.
Outdoor area
Our spacious outdoor area offers everything you need for relaxing hours outdoors.
Several tables and benches are available so that you can enjoy meals outdoors - whether breakfast in the morning sun or dinner under the stars.
A cozy fire and barbecue area invites you to spend sociable evenings with stick bread or grilled delicacies. There is also plenty of open space and room for activities, games or just relaxing, which can be used individually.
Sanitary facilities
The holiday home offers spacious sanitary facilities that are equipped for all needs.
There are two spacious areas, each with 3 showers and toilets, separate for women and men.
In addition, there are two separate toilets and two toilets and showers in the teachers' rooms. For guests with special needs, there is a barrier-free toilet and a handicapped-accessible shower.
The facilities are modern, clean and comfortably designed for groups.

Behind the Blinnensand holiday home is a dedicated team that takes care of everything so that you can enjoy your stay without any worries. Wolfgang and Werner are your contact persons for inquiries and bookings - they make sure that everything is well organized in advance.

Our holiday home Blinnensand offers space for groups of different sizes and can be booked all year round. Our group house is easily accessible by public transport and car.

By public transport : Take the train to Reckingen station. From there it is only a 5-minute walk to our house.

By car: There is direct access to the house by car, with 7 parking spaces available.
Even in winter, getting here is easy – thanks to car shuttle trains (e.g. Furka or Lötschberg).

By coach: Coaches can also drive up to the house; there is a parking lot for them. In winter, you should ask the municipality about the maximum load and dimensions of a bridge.
